Parting out my '86 eta.. what's worth pulling out from the front?

As the title states, I'm parting out my 86 eta (and my 87 'is) and I'm curious what's worth the effort of pulling from the front end. I've finished the interior, and trunk.... trans is coming out tonight... but what's worth grabbing from the front end? It's not a super eta... and it has 269k on the motor... so the motor isn't really worth much, and it was built in January so the ecu harness won't work for an m30 swap.. the aux. fan is already out.. i'll be pulling the fluid tanks tonight..

is the rack worth anything? the bottom has a bit of scuffing, but nothing major... it still holds fluid (i've never had to add any)

is anything else worth taking? valve cover and intake manifold? I'm pretty sure I've got the list all figured out, but I'm curious if anyone wants anything else. There isn't a market for OEM springs is there? lol. If anyone needs parts from either the eta or the IS hold tight. I'm not really planning on selling anything until I part both out and figure out what I'm keeping for myself

i plan on taking some photos early next week (i'm going away tomorrow for the weekend) but i'll get some shots of the chrome on monday or tuesday.

the knee bolster is pretty tattered... but i'll get some shots of it as well.

The rack is worth a core, if you plan on swapping a rack or purchasing a rack that requires a core charge.

I have bought a couple of rebuilt M3 racks from autozone and gave them plain jane e30 racks.

Donate a majority of parts to a LeMon's racer or a GRM racer! better than tossing it in the scrap heap and getting no money or better yet paying someone to haul it away.

good idea about hanging on to the core. I have an e36 rack that i bought 3 weeks before the accident that i was going to put in, so between the two cars i have three racks, but its a good idea.

i never thought about donating... i have the diff from my eta that i could donate and some other stuff... hmmm. To be honest, i had kind of planned on putting stuff like the block from my old i motor into the inside (i removed the seats because they're in great shape) and other stuff that i have laying around and having it hauled away...but i'll make a list a few days before i scrap anything of stuff listed as "free" or "you pay shipping"
