Whats the difference between this and a canadian cluster?

km/h speedo, universal signs instead of english on the warning lights, fuel gauge shows liters.

I thaink all canadian clusters do that aswell.
Mine has liters, kph, etc.
But I see a rear fog light indicator there that mine doesn't have.
