i just pulled these off my e30. they were a little too low for me, so i went back to some shock'ish eibachs.

here's the only pic I have of the car with the springs installed...sorry for the low quality.

they are progressive so spring rates don't really apply...but they do lower the car 1.6/1.4 (Front/Rear) if that helps.

what Eibach's are you switching back to? I am thinking of going with some for my vert. But I may go with the H&R cabrio specific ones?

you know, i don't really know. the guy i bought them from described them as "stock eibachs". i'm not aware of any stock eibachs, so i'm just assuming they are something like prokit springs...they did seem to lower from stock about half an inch...which is pretty much what i'm looking for.
