    CUSTOM E30 m5x turbo t3 manifold

MANIFOLD IS SPOKEN FOR! TENTATIVELY SOLD!

Its about that time to upgrade to a t4 manifold and turbo. My Holset has developed some shaft play and it leaks oil so why not upgrade. That said the manifold is for sale.

100% custom Stainless Steel schedule 10 piping. I bought a flange off ebay with the recessed ports and a t3 flange and put them together. The manifold was Mig welded using shielding gas and a SS308 wire. I made a few test passes on scrap to begin with, cut them up and inspected for penetration and im confident it is welded very well.

Has provisions for a tial 44mm wastegate. It does a pretty good job of controlling boost. I have a 0.7bar spring and my logs show with no boost controller 12psi. Sit does creep a small amount but I think its tolerable.

It is set up to work with stock bodywork, no hammering or cutting anything (with my turbo) and it seems to work very well. I made about 350whp and 380wtq on just under 14psi on a m52 even with the hx35.

    Heres some pictures:

One thing i noticed is that it wont fit with a OBD2 valve cover unless you cut off some unneeded material.

Asking $700 + shipping. Really taking offers as i dont know what its worth...

Check the build thread. Long story short but I found some damage in the m50 and dropped in a m52 with a .140 mls and ARP head studs
