woodgrain steering wheel

i really dont know what type of wheel it is, but it has the nardi bolt pattern with momo style spokes. the only marking on the wheel is a small stamped logo that reads raid.

i got mine of ebay, and a momo to nardi adapter is really cheap these days.

the camera flash makes the finish look brighter. i can assure you it is not. the stain of the wood is exactly as pictured above.

the only issue with the wheel are very slight crack in the wheel. you do not feel them in the hand and with a very light refinishing, you could eliminate them.

there is one at 4 oclock its a half inch long and 1.5mm at its widest.

at 2 oclock, the same story. and at 10 oclock again.

***for no additional cost, i can sand of the current finish and fill in the cracks for no additonal cost. the wheel would be shipped ready to accept the stain of your choice****

ive done a bit of research, and this wheel is from the late seveties iirc and hand crafted. the only other raid wheel around is the leather variant of my wheel.



as for the shift knob its a momo anatomic, has no cracks and no blemishes. the only issue i had has the mounting tab thing was wrecked by the po. a bit of electrical tape on the shifter was used to secrue it into placeunder the damaged tabs. i never had it slip off once. EVER.

these are perfect for a vert, or any sort of red e30 or an e30 with a cardinal interior. i love the way they feel, and i am reluctant to send them out. but my priorties are on getting my engine built over the winter so these need to go :'(.
