Richard, This works just like my eBay auctions. If you want a refund for any reason all you have to do is return the item. That has worked fine for 10 years and I'm not going to change it for you.

I e-mailed you as soon as I heard that you weren't happy and said I would be glad to take the struts back, refund your money and the extra shipping. Please send them back.

Im not accusing him of anything at all. I never said anything about his business or his products. But I do remember specifically asking him in an e-mail if there were any gas leaks before purchasing them... I have shipped shocks before and received shipped shocks none of which were damaged upon shipment nor do I see any reason for them to be. Provided there was no padding or insulation in the box when I got it, but I do not feel this was the reason they are leaking. Im not trying to start nothing, he has handled this professionally and responded to all of my e-mails and posts before and after the purchase.
