they have a little city light at that top of the low beam on each side. Also, the bulbs are different (h1's) and usually brighter. Careful you don't grab a set off a rhd car though (uk, for example) as the beam pattern is different and you'll be blinding some oncoming drivers :)

There's a switch for that so you could change the cutoff between RHD and LHD cars.

Yes they are switchable. And these are LHD lights - since they come from a german e30 they have never seen somebody driving on the wrong side of the road. :loco:

Me likey....do these accept angel eyes? I have a set lying around and would like to use whenever I get my hands on a set of non-sealed beams. If yes, I think you have a winner.

Installing angel eyes is possible but it is some work.

You guys are right but there is no switch. You have to unscrew the projector and turn it then screw it back on. There are tabs that show which is which. I don't have a set in front of me but it is an easy change over
