These can be used to make headers or a turbo mani. ven weld them to your shity ebay headers that dont line up.
I usually have 5 sets made at once. So I would need 5 people. Them 5 people would need to pay me before I even have them cut.
From the time I get the last payment till the flanges ship is usually one week.
