FEELER - 1997 M3 E36 Parts Car

Hey guys, This is a feeler. I know a local guy who is selling a '97 M3 parts car. I am looking for a s52 swap and need to see if buying this parts car would be worth it for me.

Is there anyone interested in anything from this car aside from the engine/trans? Please include what you would be interested in. Thanks! I will get some more info on the car tomorrow! But help me out!
