All OEM parts. The glass panel has the OEM tint on it, and it comes with the trim that goes around the glass and the sliding sun shade. All of it is in essentially perfect condition, but the shade will probably have to be reupholstered to match your headliner. There is no rust on the moonroof, but I'm still in the process of cleaning it. From what I have seen, these parts go for about $700 to $800 in perfect condition, although there haven't been many for sale recently. Right now I'm asking $600, and I will consider offers.
