    Edit: They come with the piece with the studs that go in the shock towers... Right?

            PMs replied in the order I got them.

            They come with the piece with the studs that go in the shock towers... Right?
            The longer screws shown in the first picture go on the main plate which then bolt onto the shock tower. You then use nuts to secure it from below.
