Your pictures show the motor mounts with 90* ends, but a 24v motor in an e30 does not have parallel surfaces between the motor mount arms and the subframe. Do these mounts have enough flex, where they will bend to the correct angle when installed?

I made solid alum motor mounts in my M3 with s50b32, and had to put an angle on the top of the mount so it would sit properly between the subframe and motor mount arms.

I'd be interested in a set of the tranny mounts if you are making any more.
