need help with speedometer

hi whats up.. im trying to get the whole tachometer out in order to replace the rpm gears.. does anyone can give me some advice on how do i remove it?? thanks a lot

no more boosted m20, 91 318i...

Take the cluster out and you'll figure it out...a couple small screws. Tach doesn't have gears btw.
