TCD Kit FS:

I have been putting this together but decided to go another route. Price is $2100.00 for all of it.

partial TCD turbo "kit" for an M20 includes:

1 - Brand New, Never used ITS turbo with ceramic coated exhaust housing
Turbo is T4 flanged.
1 - Used TCD (Turbo Charging Dynamics) cast log style manifold - Ceramic Coated twice
2nd coat is "black" ceramic and the black layer has peeled but the base ceramic layer is still intact
1 - Used Tial waste gate with .5 bar and 9.5lb springs
1 - Used Custom Fabricated 3" Downpipe, mandrel bends with 2 oxygen sensor ports and v-band clamp flange.
1 - Used Oil pan ready for prefitting of oil return line - AN fitting
1 - Used AN fitting oil return line
Misc. intercooler pipes w/plastic bosch bov.

1 - Used Megasquirt 1 setup, PCB 2.2 - plus the stimulator. also has- modified throttle body, coolant neck with extra temp sensor, injector wiring harness - pretty much everything you need to run megasquirt
1 - brand new Inovative Wideband 02 controller
1 - new ebay intercooler 18x12x3.

I might part it out since I have been getting some interest for parts. If so I will sell the Manifold,Turbo, Downpipe and wastegate as a set. Get some 24lb injectors, RRFR, and a chip if you want to keep it around 8 psi.

The megasquirt was purchased because the tuning would make it a little more reliable and to get rid of the AFM. Some knowledge of the Megasquirt would also help (which I have none). I had it tested and it works. I think it needs the GM air temp sensor to complete it.
I bought the Wide band to help the tuning as well.

The intercooler would also be highly suggested, its a nice size for not having to cut up your brake ducts or anything like that. The pipes came with it and might need some shortening, lengthening.
