Selling my pristine condition M42 cylinder head. Head was intended for a friend's 318iS but the car was hit on the side and deemed totally. The head was never installed and is now up for sale. All work on the head was done professionally at a local machine shop. This head is ready to install on your M42 engine!

Work includes:
- Mild but effective port & polish
- Thorough cleaning & hot tank
- Valve grind on all 16 valves
- Resurface/mill head
- Clean & inspect camshafts

I doubt it would be anything major. Really it's just a perfect head who wants a clean ready to go replacement for their M42 engine.
