Like most of the mirrors with age on them, the mirror vibrates visibly when driving. This one isn't bad when not flipped for night driving, but becomes more noticeable with night driving.

This one is as much as me playing with the camera as it is me showing that the anti-vibration screw is there.

Yeah, the wires aren't a big deal, especially if you are retrofitting this using the check panel as I did.
