Where else would he have got them from? New from volvo? lol. These lips are 18 dollars plus tax at the local yard so 20 bucks is a steal since it saves you the trouble of being on your back in the dirt removing screws and clips!

7 dollars at my junkyard and takes 30 seconds to take off.

Maybe you should drill the holes and get these ready to fit for people buying these. I agree, these can be had quite cheap at the junk-yard, and modifying them to fit would justify your asking price.
