These are stiffer and sit higher than the H&R Cup Kit aren't they? I haven't looked at E30 stuff in so long it feels like another world now lol

These springs are fairly stiff. I had a set of the blue Racing Dynamics springs with this white lettering on it, and I'd say they have a rate in between H&R Race and Sport, with a drop that's in between the two as well.
