fogs included,no brackets but mounts to d.b. easily,securely and cleanly, better pics up later,but no cracks no major scrapes on bottom,no repairs, 6 small holes in top to mount it,non visible when mounted,shippings expensive but put 225 in my paypal and ill send it out tmrw,before i change my mind,lol
