Well, you kinda can by swapping the seatbelt to the other side. I did this in my car because the driver's seat was terrible and the passengers was good but I remember it being hard to adjust something....I forgot what....

EDIT: i noticed that the back seat doesnt have the ski hole....I can't use it then.. boo.... >_<
