    m20 supercharger setup

As much as it pains me i'm never going to have the time for this - its a waste just sitting here in a box -

I have had this on the long finger till i retire the car to sundays only but i wouldn't muind the euros so thinking of selling.

    basicly its
    m62 supercharger
    Intercoolier
    loads of piping and elbows
    crank pulley and charger belt
mouting brackets for charger to m20 engine

this is the guy i got the stuff from and his setup thread with loads of pics:

here is the for sale thread ibought fromwith more info in:

the only thing you would have to do is fab up a bracket for a adjustable tensionor.

this cost me 840 dollars (extra 140 than stated on for sale thread due to being in ireland) plus 80 dollars import duty.

I have not even taken it out of the box it originally came in - partly cause of time mostly because of knowledge! and a little because deep down i think i'm a N/A guy!

please read the build thread as it has more info then i could possibly give you

i am axsking for $650 plus shipping (which will buy me the miller war chip and maf combo :) )

i reckon shipping to be 140 dollars as thats what it cost to get it to me! its very heavy.

guestimated of 50-80 hp at the crank.

-not too interesed in lowballers if it doesnt meet the price then it'll just sit here a while longer until someday i do have time for it
    - unless you have a miller war chip and maf combo - or other standalone management i am not interested in trades.

    cheers

Wish I had a m20, I'd be all over this.

FML I'm broke now, I suppose Suspension is more important though.
Wish I would have seen this a month earlier....

Thats not the latest pictures of that charger though are they? I could have sworn ely changed it over to a ribbed belt drive. Good price though

good catch it is indeed runing a ribbed belt! fixed pics
I have all the pics downloaded from his install thread last year
even though they dont allow image linking if you right click them now you can still view them so any interested parties i reccomend you should read his build thread i linked in the OP.

The money is good, hence no lowballers.

And some have asked what they need to get this running:

1)move alternator to power steering pump position and delete PS.

                    or

2)Move alternator to other side of engine and keep Power Steering in original place

you will obviously need engine management

And you will need to Weld/Fabricate an auto tensionor for the SC belt - a tensionor is included but you will need to fabricate a metal plate to hold it.

                    hope that helps!

power steering helps alot more than I thought it did. My battery died and I had to roll it out of a parking spot, it was damn heavy turning those wheels. How are you liking the lack of PS?

This is really cool, but not for someone that doesn't know what they're doing. It looks like the piping will also require the removal of the ABS modules, and the relocation of the coolant reservoir.
