Hey guys,
I love the way this mtech spoiler looks on my car but I like to be able to carry my bike around, and after getting new upholstery for the back seat of my vert I'm not gonna be able to carry it pick up truck style anymore. Thusly, I want to go naked trunk lid so I can use a bike rack.
So my e28 mtech spoiler in great shape is up for grabs. Rubber ribbed section is perfect not dried out and cracked like many are. I got a spray bomb of alpine weiss II and did a pretty good job but it doesn't match my car well, probably a combination of my paint being gross old and the body shop supply place sucking. Anyways chances are your car isn't white...
Taking the pics was an afterthought, it wasn't bolted down just laying on the trunk. I used double stick tape to hold it down tight, for a permanent install I'd probably use some fusor or something more badass, the double stick worked great except for the rear corners where it just wasn't enough and they would poke up a little.
If you are close enough to pick up and want the trunk as well I'd swap for a naked trunk if it's not rusty, and possibly swap for a trunk with IS spoiler holes if it's rust free. Paint on trunk is same shade of white but it's a little thin, 2 spray bombs didn't go as far as I thought they would.
Price is $120 + ship for the spoiler alone, not gonna ship the trunk.
