Black headliner

I have a black headliner that was cut out of material similar to the e36 headliner in black. There is enough fabric to cut out the sunroof panel also.

Does it have loops sewn into the back to allow mounting like the factory headliner? Or no?

Yes there are the loops/stitched sections that run across the rear portion of the car.
