Interest in a GB for an M20 HFM+airbox kit?

Sorry I've been really busy lately. I'll be doing this on my DD soon, but hopefully we can dyno Harry's vert with both stock, and the hfm kit to show the difference. I've beenn in Harry's car, and it feels almost as fast as an m50 Vanos swapped car we built at the shop! :crazy:

Well at least it "feels" almost as fast. The tune that comes with this MAF kit is more aggressive than the Miller tune, so I think the gains will be more impressive on the dyno.

afm delete and a proper tune have been proven to be very potent on dyno runs. about 25whp and increased torque throughout the rev band

i'm ready to see/purchase this as long as it comes with everything needed. can i keep my 19# injectors in?

Yeah, like how my Mark D chip and 19lb injectors was supposed to be good for 15hp and it felt identical to stock.

If it really does make a massive difference, I'll be down for at least one, if not two sets. I just find it ridiculously hard to believe.

getting rid of the AFM is one of the best mods you can do.

So I've heard, I just find it hard to believe that it's a 20+ hp gain. Especially since the general consensus is that the real restriction on the M20 is the head.

Definitely interested, though, if this gives a proven gain.

I can't speak for the castros setup directly but the theory is sound and has been proven. This is with minimal tunning. The castros have been fine tunning for years though so i'm expecting better gains.

We will probably be working out a joint group buy with Dan & Brody, incorporating our airbox kit, with their MAF. This way we're not trying to compete with them. ;)
