Are you talking about the A/C and the air recycle buttons? If so, I honestly do not know if they light up bright or not, sorry.

The back of your seat comes with the mounting points for the brackets. The brackets slide in then are held in place with 10mm bolts. 2 for each bracket. Then you make a 4 holes on top of your seat ( so the head rests can slide in) and use the plastic grommets to trim out the holes you just made. Pretty easy install and a nice upgrade.
