GC modified and powder coated strut housings

    SOLD

I've had these done for my 2nd e30, saved them but can't use these with off the shelf (revalved) Bilstien Sports because these have been shortened. The inside 'height' from the bottom to top edge is 15 and 3/4". They were done for AD (advance design) or Koni Race shocks.

These are 51mm late model strut housings, they have been re-inforced, cut/welded and powder-coated by ground control.

I am buying another set for my bilstein sports so these are for sale.

GC cost to do this was $190 + core (your strut housings) + tax / shipping.

These are brand new, never been mounted/installed on the car. Wish I could use them but I can't.

What you see is what you get.

Selling these for $200 shipped FIRM. Money Order or paypal

I don't know exactly, so I measured the inner tube top to bottom and it's 15 and 3/4".

I do have a set of early tubes if they are the same height as late model I can then take some measurements to compare.

I went through hell to make spacers for the wifes' Bilstein Sport "short body" struts...y'know, the ones I hate because they are SO stiff?

I wish I had already gotten them out of her car (KYB FTW!) so I could sell them to whoever is gonna get those from you...

IF they are stock ID you can use the AST 4100 inserts too.

I don't know...... Corrado inserts are not only shorter but also thinner from what I read.

Jean, have to ask, you seem to start things then after you finish you head a different direction are you ADHD or ADD? No offense but wow.

That being said you've done the work for someone else. Somebody snatch em with your tax return.
