$150. Seatback + headrests alone: $100. Leather is soft and supple. I just wiped them down a little after getting them from the yard - the bottom is dirtier than the back. With a thorough cleaning and conditioner, they will both be in excellent condition. No rips or tears. No sun damage.

You need to figure out how to get it to you, and how much it will cost you. The seatback is heavy because of the armrest and headrests: assume 30lbs for that alone, another 10 for the bottom, and a couple pounds for the side cards.
