    WTB/WTT exhaust

I have a cat back custom magnaflow setup that I don't like (too loud). I want to change it up. I heard the supersprint stuff, ansa, or stock would work.

If anyone has one, I can buy right now, or trade up.

    In Michigan.

    I have a stock 325is muffler with ~140k miles.
Still has about 1 foot of pipe behind it.

Nice tone. No rust, no holes.
I changed it up for a better tone in general.

Idk how shipping works, let me know

The cat-back section has a custom y-pipe into a single inlet Magnaflow, dual outlet.

Buy an Ansa from AutohausAZ. $175 and it ships for free.

Next year when it rusts out, you can buy an Eberspaecher (OES) for $266.

Hell, I only need it for 2 years. Maybe that would work?

Just how crappy is the Ansa?

The Ansa isn't THAT bad. I've only removed one from a 325i that was a couple years old, and it was in pretty good shape. Nothing was rattling around inside.

I for one love my Ansa. It's the oem supplier for Ferrari, I really don't know why it has such a bad rap. I think forum people take the adage "you get what you pay for" to illogical extremes.

I can't imagine a better value for an e30 exhaust.

A Stromung/Remus would be appealing, but for good tone, decent look, something that keeps the cops away, and under $200, you really can't do any better. Mine's got a year and a half on it and I highly doubt it'll rust out in the next 2-3 years, if not longer.

And of course any arguments concerning performance differences are pretty moot on our engines.

Edit: I don't know if there's a difference, but mine doesn't look like the one at autohaus. Mine's 2 pieces (resonator and muffler), with chrome tips.

There was one on Bimmerparts.com for about $170. If I can get free shipping, I just might take it.

I need something. The drone on the magnaflow is annoying.

Its that or the $119 ebay exhaust. I just don't trust much from Ebay.

FYI, looks like I have an Ansa Sport Muffler ~$200, which requires a resonator, ~$50. Don't know anything about the less expensive one.
