    2.7i hybrid (nearly complete)

I have a disassembled parts from a 2.7 super eta motor and an I motor i was going to turn into a hybrid. things may not go that route now and i need to offload what parts i dont need right to finish my suspension.

up for sale is the following:

    -oil pan
-stripped, sanded, and high temp gloss black painted 2.7 super eta block.
-super eta pistons / rods (need resurfacing and/or replace piston #1)
    -mains/bolts
-885 i head with all the i fixins (cam, valvesprings, valves etc all off i car)
    -i throttle body

    price $300 firm

all you need is a crank and a 173 ecu. i can also possibly provide a ps pump and alternator. i would prefer to keep this all as a package for someone wanting to build a nice turbo motor. we've all seen what bmwsob's first 2.7i was capable of with stock internals.

any questions please pm me. local sale only, i can possibly drive to meet you someplace if it isnt ridiculous. not shipping any of this at the moment.

    pics tomorrow

this is piston #1, the bearing spun causing the piston to come up too high and barely hit the head, flattening it a bit on the lip. the head was the stock one not the one i have, so the head is fine.

Interested... Been looking to do a Super ETA 2.7i stroker. What all is missing? Wiring harness, crank, ecu, etc....

Looks pretty rough though, and dirty... Can you take a picture of the stamp on the side of the head on the intake side, and the block just to verify part numbers.

        Thanks,
        _Alex
