New, never used, but has a couple of light surface scratches (probably from handling). Being in NJ, one of the stupid few states that require front plates (and damn emissions inspections), won't have a need for this since I can't put a front Euro plate on :-( (actually, I guess this could go on back as well, huh?)

Re: part number, there wasn't one on there, only this web site where it probably was made http://www.smilga.ru I picked it up from a guy a couple of years back who didn't want it, but had no idea where he got it from.
