There are different ways to measure, overall length, length of threads, etc.

To make it more clear, these will work with up to a 12mm spacer. These are an older model that they apprently do not sell anymore on their website.

And what if he didn't? Dave, as well as everyone else on this board, has the right to sell their parts to whoever they want. It is the seller's choice to choose whether or not he wants to sell to the first person, or someone else...

Yeah, it's also frustrating when a guy cuts you off in traffic, or a service person is rude to you. But shit happens and you get over it. Move on and keep looking.
