I just pulled this from my e30. I'm pretty sure it's out of a m-roadster. It's a 3.23 lsd medium case with e30 cover. It is in perfect working condition and silent. Asking $399 I might consider a partial trade plus cash for a good 3.73 lsd.

Just to clarify the diff. is $350 plus shipping for those interested. I'll let it go for $400 shipped firm. This is a hell of a deal for a m-roadster diff thats ready to drop into a e30.
