I have another one of these pan setups as of 11.30.10, this one includes everything with exception of a dipstick itself, but does come with the tube, pickup, oil sender and pan. Also comes with e34 throttle cable needed for swap.
Ive got a e34 oil pan, pickup and dipstick setup thats in good condition. I hit it with some purple power, a brush and the pressure washer, and checked for cracks. It looks good. It has a few minor scrapes on the bottom fins, but nothing that will hurt the functionality of the pan. Comes with the oil level sensor as well. This is what you need for your e30 24v swap.
