89 325i engine with matching ecu 160k $400 0bo

i have a 1989 325i engine
160k original miles
still has auto torque converter on it
from auto so never red lined
matching ecu and full wiring harness
water pump alternator and all other belt assembly items on it
ran beautifully before i took it out
asking for $400 OBO
help fund my track car and swaps
