Won't fit unless you have some sort of aftermarket setup. 318i catback is single pipe.

Not really. Not that I could tell.

You should be able to get this on a 318i if you fab up a Y-pipe. That's what I did on my car. I hacked up three universal exhaust couplers into a Y-shape, and had my buddy weld them together and onto the dual pipes of the cat-back.
