off of a e46 m3 2003.... car was in an accident spun out rear tire hit curb and broke rear axle and bent frame but engine is completely fine.... has to be local especially so u can come take a look the cars in a shop in the valley...

Just to let you know in advance, unless you go standalone, you will have a hell of a time wiring this bitch. The easy way is to swap for the S50B32 ITBs and use the S50B32 wiring and tune.

That's in the past. There are now numerous options for harnesses and managment for s54s now. There's a member here who can do it.
