Do they come with mounting hardware? and are these e30 specific or the e21 side skirts that can be retrofitted for e30s?

No mounting hardware. PO gave them to me with the car so I assume they're E30 spec. I can try to grab a PN off them.

They're painted Zinno, but would need to be cleaned up and repainted. The paints cracked on them.
