I recently bought a new motor, so I'm selling the old one off in parts. The engine is a M20B25. It was pulled from my 89 325is, however it is not the stock motor. It was swapped in and has about 190k on it. It was pulled in running condition. I sheared a vac hose so it was running super rich for the last week or so before I pulled it for a tear down to start my project.
Block: - $50 +shipping
After tearing the block down I found that one of the pistons had a hole in the side of it, roughly a cm in diameter. This appears to be from pre detonation. This also made a small groove in it's cylinder wall. I brought the block to a machinist who told me the groove was deep enough that it would need to be bored out. This makes it perfect for a stroker! ...not what I'm planning on doing so its all yours.
All other cylinders look to be in good condition, not that it matters since you'll have to bore them all anyways.
Whoever swapped this motor into my car didnt put the right length bolt in the hoist bracket hole so as a result, both the main and secondary hoist bracket holes will need to be retapped since the bolts stripped out.
Intermediate shaft and bearings never touched and still intact.

And here's a close up of the scoring:

Head: - $200 + shipping
Head is in good working order. I've done the valve adjustment on it twice since I've owned it (about a year and a half). It comes complete. I never tore it down since I found a new one built for FI. Again, from a running car. All studs are straight. No signs of it ever suffering an overheat.

Bottom End Internals and Externals:
Name what you need and I'll tell you if I have it and what condition it's in.
