From what I understood, the "clutch kit" here only includes:

                Sachs Pressure Plate
                Sachs Clutch Disc
                Sachs Release Bearing

because thats exactly what "clutch kits" are consisted of. everything else is up to you whether or not to be serviced. too bad they didnt include release forks, pivot pins, release springs, slave cylinders, pilot bearings, washers, retainers etc. also. thats pretty much a full clutch service, and it could even go more in depth.

Where did you get this info? A sach's catalog says that KF649 is for 1987 vehicles (doesn't specify i or e)

And this site says that KF649 is for 86-88 eta's, isn't this when the eta had dual mass?.. and this sort of agrees with 1987 mentioned above

They list the 296-01 and 296-02 as being for single mass.. I'm guessing the pressure plate and/or throwout bearing is different between these two?

Sorry if this has been gone over before, but couldn't find it after an hour or so of searching and I'm not at home to check the bentley.

Edit: Just noticed the clutch is unsprung so it must be for dual mass
