This came on my 325is manual and then, after doing a custom exhaust for that car, I bolted her on to my Vert. The Vert is an auto and more of a cruiser and so the exhaust is a bit loud for this application (and it sits in the loud zone too much with the way the tranny shifts for my taste but I'm getting older and less interested in exhaust noise). Castro's built custom hangars for her and painted the muffler and did some slight mods to change tone (which I like).
I don't know the exact brand but it is high quality piping and muffler and nice looking tips (stock-ish). Mechanic thinks it's an older IE system but again, I'm not 100%. Muffler is decent sized and much more square than I've seen so maybe somebody can help identify it! I'll try and get some pics this week but it's just an exhaust system so...
I'm looking for a stock catback/muffler section in trade plus cash for my aftermarket system. Your exhaust must be in good (usable/normal tones/noise) shape without rotted or rusted out muffler, holes, etc... Clean enough to run some miles with some good life please!
$100 plus trade OBO.
Come and see/hear her run. She's not horribly loud but on the louder side at WOT. Idle is deep and purring!
