    FS: Front Bilstein Sports (Used)

Have a set of used Bilstein Sport front inserts for sale. Bought these used from a local seller a while back but never installed them. The seller said they have about 20,000 miles on them. They feel pretty good compressing them by hand. They come with the dust boots although they are pretty dirty! Since I have never personally used these shocks, I offer no guarantee.

    Asking $125 shipped. PM me.

Unless you're like Luke or somethin', it's almost impossible to compress Billy Sports with only your hands lol.

'JT325is' is looking for 2 front billies btw and is local.

Wouldnt you be able to send them to bilstein and get them fixed for free if they were broken? I thought they have a warrenty

Warranties only work if you are the original buyer in most cases. Though you can probably send them to Bilstein to be rebuilt for a reasonable price. I had my Subaru struts rebuilt for $65 each. They are specially valved by Prodrive so $260 for the set to be rebuilt is much better than $1400 for new ones (if you can find them).

              Good price.

You can compress them by flipping them over and leaning on them (unless you weigh 90lbs.) The last time I spoke to Bilstein it was $75/per to rebuild them...pretty close to the cost of a new set, especially if you have to buy the old ones.

You can almost compress HD's with your hands is one of the differences lol.
Other than that, I'm not sure about Sports being shorter in length and/or longer in travel.

They are definitely Sports. HD's are the same visually, the valving is the difference.

                    Sale pending.
