Fairly certain that's a "Johnson Box" which might send a signal to the computer in place of an o2 sensor. Maybe.....

*edit* Yep...doesn't replicate an o2 sensor, just combines the federalization-needed-added o2 sensor signal to an already present water temp signal...hmmmm
