I have an OBD1 M52 E30... so this is very interesting. Essentially this is a 'bolt on' kit to run a turbo 24V E30 correct? Obviously need to tap the pan and what not. How is the tuning done? Via a chip I assume for a 413 DME?

Yes the kit is a "bolt on" for a 24v.
The chip is installed plug and play into the 413 DME.
