Hey,
You can still get the "cups" (bushings BMW calls them) from the dealer. All I do with the adjuster screws is take them out, clean them down with a wire wheel and oil them. it's the easiest option and cheapest too....he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Acts 8:37
