FS: new IS spoiler

i got a like brand new IS spoiler. i used it for a month after buying it brand new from the dealer. they're 113.80 + shipping from the dealer, i'm asking 75 shipped. The threads on the studs somehow managed to look "stripped" but they don't spin like they're stripped when nuts are tightened. when i got the IS spoiler the nuts weren't pre-threaded i had to tighten them on the studs to thread them hence why they look like that.

EDIT: there are NO cracks in the spoiler. i don't even think it was painted.
