Now, will it work on a E34 535i? The OBC is different than the one in my E30.

Yes, they work across all BMW models - including Mini's and the motorcycles. The factory changed the physical shape of the sensor, but never the specs.

That's one way of doing it. Actually - you don't need to use a connector or else to install.

I've been thinking of offering these with a lifetime warranty. Once installed, it should outlast the life of your car.
