Is the top a manual or electric? I would like to convert my electric top to manual and would be interested in the parts associated (the latch in rear divers side back seat, cables and all associated hardware. Aslo what color is the top and what type?

The top is manual. I do have the whole complete mechanism and frame as well. the top is black.

what condiition are all the window and top gaskets in ?

Windows are in good shape, all motors work. Only the rear track part on the driver side came undone from the bracket that holds it in place - the one bolted right next to the door lock actuator but its still fully functional. The gaskets you mean on the top frame right? I believe them to be in good shape, not new but good. Would give a great deal on them just to not disappoint the buyer.
