How do the eccentric TABs work? Are they adjustable after install? Or do you just have to make sure to install them in the correct orientation?

Install how you want them oriented. No adjustment unless you remove them and reinstall. I was going to use them on my black car before it sold. New rubber is dandy for a daily driver vs poly for me anyway.
