Like I said I'm not sure how much they were new but these are still in the plasltic wrap and it includes every single piece of mounting hardware which is brand new as well. I know the little stuff adds up but I thought this was pretty good for a shipped price. If I'm that off base let me know.

Yes pm me for my paypal address if your interested. It will be a couple days before I can take pics but rest assured everything is brand new in factory black primer with all of the mounting hardware still sealed in baggies.
