HISTORY
This engine was purchased in mid 2004 out of a 1999 E36 M3 Coupe 5 speed that was hit in the rear.
The engine/transmission were then swapped into a convertible shell by the previous owner in mid 2005 and was driven around 200 miles total because of not having time to finish the project. The car sat in a barn for 5 years being started/driven periodically.
I purchased the auto check on the car which the motor came from.
I will have compression, leak-down and pictures with valvecover off by the end of the week.
I also have an equally low mile ZF transmission. I will do a package deal for interested parties.
